Pastor Bill Kline has faithfully served in pastoral ministry for over three decades. From January 1993 to July 2017, he served as the Counseling Pastor at Resurrection Fellowship Church in Loveland, Colorado. Since July 2017, he has continued his commitment to church leadership as a member of the Board of Deacons at City Lights Church in Greeley, Colorado, while leading his own ministry, Jesus Freedom Journey Ministries, Inc.
In June 2010, Pastor Bill completed Basic Sozo Training presented by a Bethel Church team. Recognizing its profound impact, he helped launch the Rez Sozo team in September 2010. In November of 2010, he completed Advanced Sozo training in McMinnville, OR. He was appointed Regional Facilitator for the Rocky Mountain states in June 2015. In July 2017, he transitioned the team into a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, Sozo Freedom Steps Ministry, which served northern Colorado until the launch of Jesus Freedom Journey Ministries, Inc. in January 2026. This new ministry continues to provide Sozo ministry, training in deliverance and inner healing, and Art Sozo Workshops, and more.
Pastor Bill currently serves as the Rocky Mountain Regional Facilitator for Sozo Ministry, overseeing the development and support of teams in Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, Idaho, Montana, and New Mexico. He works alongside a dedicated team of sub-facilitators:

Pastor Bill holds a B.A. in Languages (German) with minors in Vietnamese and Business Administration from Colorado State University, and a B.A. in Theology from CLST in Columbus, Georgia.
