Pastor Bill Kline has been faithfully serving in pastoral ministry for over three decades. From January 1993 to July 2017, he served as the Counseling Pastor at Resurrection Fellowship Church in Loveland, Colorado. Since July 2017, he has continued his commitment to church leadership as a member of the Board of Deacons at City Lights Church in Greeley, Colorado.
In June 2010, Pastor Bill encountered the Basic Sozo Training presented by the Bethel Church team, which became a pivotal moment in his ministry. Recognizing its profound impact, he helped launch the Rez Sozo team just a few months later in September 2010. In July 2017, he transitioned the team into a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization—Sozo Freedom Steps Ministry—which now serves individuals and churches across northern Colorado.
With a passionate desire to see God’s people healed, whole, delivered and set free in Christ, Pastor Bill currently serves as the Rocky Mountain Regional Facilitator for Sozo Ministry. In this role, he oversees the development and support of Sozo teams in Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, Idaho, Montana, and New Mexico. Positioned centrally in Colorado, he is well-equipped to provide guidance and training throughout the region.
Pastor Bill works alongside a dedicated team of sub-facilitators:
Lynne Martin (Coeur d’Alene, ID) – Idaho & Western Montana
Lisa Campbell (Sandy, UT) – Utah
TraciLynn Faught (Albuquerque, NM) – New Mexico
Faith Haupt – Trainer in both Basic and Advanced Sozo ministry
A lifelong learner, Pastor Bill holds a B.A. in Languages (German) with a minor in Business Administration from Colorado State University, Fort Collins, and a B.A. in Theology from CLST in Columbus, Georgia.
